Desirée Kradolfer

Desirée Kradolfer is front office manager for both Strategy Works, an international strategy consulting and coaching firm, specialized in facilitating boardroom decision-making and guiding companies through processes of strategic renewal (www.strategy-works.com) and Strategy Academy, an international research and training company, dedicated to improving companies’ competences in the areas of strategy, leadership and business innovation (www.strategy-academy.org).

Desirée has started her career as a secretary after which she worked for many years as an office manager and (project) manager for several service organizations in the business-to-business market. Desirée has a broad experience with organizing events, communicational affairs and with projects to increase the efficiency within organizations.
Her current activities vary from face to face contact with clients to project support and communication.
